How long-distance pricing works

Your inventory sets the weight, your destination sets the distance, and add-ons like packing set the services. Those three numbers make the flat price — there is no clock running on an interstate move.
2. A coordinator confirms it
We get a real quote from a licensed, insured interstate carrier, then confirm your flat price with you in writing. If you don't like the confirmed price, you don't book — nothing beyond the $49 coordination fee has been charged.
3. Pickup held, delivery windowed
A 25% deposit holds your pickup date. Delivery runs on a window of days — stated up front — and the balance is collected at delivery, before unloading.

Where can you pick up and deliver?
Pickups start in New York City or Long Island only. The destination can be anywhere in the United States — Florida, the Carolinas, Texas, California, or anywhere in between.
How does delivery work?
Interstate delivery runs on a window of days, not a single appointment time — your coordinator gives you the window up front and confirms the delivery day as the truck gets close. Plan for the window, not a specific hour.
How does the deposit work?
A deposit of 25% of your confirmed price holds your pickup date. The balance is collected at delivery, before unloading. Starting your request costs a $49 coordination fee, paid on the booking step — it is credited in full toward that 25% deposit if you book.

Movers and Cleanout Crew Inc is a licensed moving broker and coordinator: we set your price, hold your date, and collect your payment. The physical work is performed by a licensed, insured interstate carrier from our network — verified before dispatch, with its insurance certificate on file. The carrier never collects money from you; every payment runs through us.
