Commercial Moving
Office & business moves, priced flat — never by the hour
A business move is not a bigger apartment move. A coordinator prices yours flat from the space, the inventory, the access at both ends, and your schedule — one confirmed price in writing before you book, so your budget meeting never meets a running clock.
How commercial pricing works
1. Tell us about the space
Business name, both addresses, your date, the approximate size — desks, workstations, files, equipment — and the access at each end: floors, elevators, freight elevators, loading docks, building hours.
2. A coordinator prices it flat
A coordinator walks the job — by video or on site — and prices it against real crew quotes. Your request starts with a $49 coordination fee, credited in full toward your deposit if you book. If you don't like the confirmed price, you don't book.
3. One crew, one date, COI ready
A 25% deposit holds your date. The building's certificate of insurance is issued before move day, after-hours and weekend moves are normal, and the balance is collected on the day of service, before unloading.
Built for business moves
Offices, retail, medical and professional spaces across NYC and Long Island — from a five-desk office to a full floor. Desks and workstations are broken down and rebuilt, IT and files travel labeled and in order, and the plan is set before move day, not improvised during it.
Walkthrough first
Every commercial quote starts from a real look at the job — a video walkthrough or an on-site visit — so the flat price covers what is actually there.
COI handled
Send the building's insurance requirements with your request; the certificate is issued for your move date before the crew rolls.
After-hours possible
Evenings and weekends keep your business running — the crew works your building's hours, not the other way around.
Commercial moving questions
How is a commercial move priced?
Flat — never hourly. A coordinator prices your move from the size of the space, the inventory (desks, workstations, IT, files, equipment), both addresses, floor and elevator access, and your timing. You get one confirmed flat price in writing before you book; the clock never runs on a business move.
What does the $49 coordination fee cover?
It starts your request: a coordinator walks your job — by video or on site — prices it against real crew quotes, and confirms your flat price. The fee is credited in full toward your 25% deposit if you book, so it is never an extra cost on a booked move.
Can you move us after hours or on a weekend?
Yes — most office moves run evenings or weekends so your team walks into a working office on Monday. Tell us your building’s hours and elevator rules in the form and the coordinator builds the plan around them.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance (COI)?
Yes. Most NYC and Long Island buildings require a COI naming the building before a move — send us the building’s requirements and the coordinator has the certificate issued for your move date before the crew is dispatched.
Who actually performs the move?
Movers and Cleanout Crew Inc is a licensed moving broker and coordinator: we set your price, hold your date, and collect your payment. The physical work is performed by a licensed, insured commercial moving crew from our network — verified before dispatch, with its insurance certificate on file. The carrier never collects money from you; every payment runs through us.
